Your YWCA Membership
The YWCA Membership is valid for 12 months. This means for a year you are part
of the largest women's membership organization in the world. An organization
that provides high quality programs and services. An organization that responds
to community needs, and is committed to making a positive difference in the
lives of women and their families.
As a YWCA member, you will have access to the programs and services of the YWCA
(see Program Guide). You will receive your own copy
of the program guide and newsletter four times each year as well as other
special member mailings throughout the year. You can take part in the in the
governance of this association by becoming a volunteer
or committee member. If you are a female & over 16 years of age you can
vote at our Annual General Meetings.
YWCA Memberships are:
$25.00 - Adult Membership or Senior Membership
$15 - Youth Membership (under 16 years of age)
Membership Assistance
As a United Way member agency, The Hamilton YWCA offers a membership assistance
program to members who meet the criteria and are requesting assistance to take
part in YWCA programs and services. Information is available at the Front Desk.
Confidentiality is respected.
YWCA ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP is required to access most YWCA
programs. Please see Program Guide for details.
