FITpass

The all-inclusive FITpass provides you with access to the full range of energizing classes, facilities and equipment available at the YWCA Hamilton. Our FIT staff will design an individual program to assist you in achieving your wellness goals.  Your FITpass includes unlimited use of YWCA's full fitness and pool facilities, as well as whirlpool and saunas. Unlimited access to: all Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba and Cycle classes, Adult Group Swimming Lessons, Aquafitness, Length Swims, Master Swim Program and Open Swims, Heart Beat and Bones Plus Specialty Programs.

FITpass Fee (+HST):

• Adult -$42/month

• Senior (60+) - $38/month

• Full Time Student - $29/month

• One month trial - $50.00

 

AQUApass

For those who have passion for  the pool, the AQUApass is the way to go, providing you with a full range of dynamic aquatic workouts and programs.  Your AQUApass includes unlimited use of the YWCA's pool facilities as well as whirlpool, saunas, all Adult Group Swimming Lessons, Aquafitness, Length Swims, Master Swim Program and Open Swims.

AQUApass Fee(+HST):

• Adult - $32/month

• Senior (60+) - $28/month

 

YWCA Hamilton is commited to provide the health and wellness programs for everyone. We also offer other types of membership and programs listed below:

 

Designed for individuals who have multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia or who are otherwise unable to access regular fitness programs. Gentle FIT is a group weight training class focusing on specific exercises to strengthen upper and lower muscles of the body, it also focuses on increasing balance, coordinator and core strength through two 90-minute classes per week.

Gentle FIT fee(+HST): $30/month

 

Designed for individuals who have experienced a heart-related condition, Heart Beat is a proactive approach to managing your health and wellness through two 90-minute group physical activity training sessions per week.

Heart Beat Fee(+HST): $30/month

 

Designed for individuals who have, or at risk of, osteoporosis, BONES PLUS is a group weight training class focusing on specific exercises to strengthen the hip and spine. Includes two 90-minute group training session per week.

Bones Plus Fee(+HST): $30/month
