The YWCA Personal Training department offers unlimited flexibility in payments, scheduling and program focus. Take advantage of our Pay-as-you-go program... that is, if you feel you would like to meet with your trainer once per week, book that many. If you are interested in faster progress, choose twice a week. Only need a brush up? Choose once per month. It is that Simple!!
