Youth Aquatics

At YWCA Hamilton, we have a long history of helping children along the pathway of healthy development. Participating in physical activity stimulates the body and the mind. It plays a role in helping children build strength and coordination, improve physical fitness, manage a healthy body weight, and even enhances concentration and self esteem. Designed with healthy child development in mind, YWCA Hamilton Aquatic programs provide a safe and comfortable place for kids to learn, play, and develop lifelong skills.

Please double check with Front Desk on class availability, some classes maybe full or cancelled.
