Level 9,10

Level 9: Develop front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. Learn headfirst shallow dives and standing dives, plus a 500 m endurance swim.

Level 10: Introduction to buttery, and scissor kick as a warm up/cool down stroke for fitness. Learn about sun safety, ice rescues, and headfirst and foot first surface
dives, plus a 500 m endurance swim.
