Bones Plus & Balance- Summer Zoom- For All Genders

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Friday, repeating until 17 December 2021
A variety of exercises that focus on strengthening the bones and muscles with a focus on safe positions for the spine. Plus the benefit of increasing Balance awareness. A great class for those with osteoporosis and spinal height loss.
