| Customers return because of the way they were treated by staff. In this workshop, led by one of our professional facilitators, you will learn about critical skills of customer service excellence. Topics include attitude of excellent service, identifying customer needs and exceeding expectations, thoughtful body language, word choices and tone of voice, conflict resolution, communication and many others. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the training. |
