An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Monday, repeating until 29 August 2022
Train the heart and bones in this class using fitness equipment (eg. Treadmills, bikes, weights, TRX, mats Bosu and more). Heart Rate exertion levels and safe body positioning for exercises will be taught. Movement is medicine and motion is lotion.
