Fee For Service (FFS) 8 week programs
Start your week off right: Join us Monday afternoons #mindfulmondays where we will set intentions and good practices for a positive and productive week. Each session will begin with a group discussion and the second half will include a physical chair yoga practice. A gentle form of yoga that you can practice standing or with a support of a chair.
The class incorporates breathing exercise, stretching, modified yoga postures, and a mini meditation. Yoga helps increase flexibility, circulation and strength, improves balance, and relieves stress. A great pick me up to help rejuvenate your mind and body. No yoga experience required.
*Open to adults with Developmental Disabilities or Dual Diagnoses.
