Morning Meditation Series- Zoom- For all Genders

An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until 16 December 2022
Join us for a Mediation Series will run the first 3 weeks of each month followed by one week off.
Meditation is a mind and body practice that has a long history of use for increasing calmness and physical relaxation, improving psychological balance, coping with illness, and enhancing overall health and well-being.
