This class is exactly the name YOUR WORKOUT- it’s your time to come in and use the fitness equipment in the gym with not lead instructor. Do you want to ride the bike? Do you want to walk or run on the treadmill? Do you want to build your muscles? That’s just it, it’s your workout.
